Psychic Dreams By J. Foley
Psychic dreams are vivid or contain unusual colors, and they may also have a special impact on the dreamer. For example, psychic dreams are much more vivid and intense with the colors and feelings than regular dreams originating from your unconscious mind. My research and experience suggest that precognitive and other psychic dreams are not so rare and can be experienced if one is willing to pay more attention to dreams and subsequent waking events. However, dream investigators since then have found that psychic dreams are much easier to experience in an individual's own home, and not while wired up in a laboratory.
Psychic dreams can be of tremendous helpand can make our lives more efficient. Psychic dreams reveal something you couldn't otherwise know. Psychic ability can emerge, like other talents, at any point in your life. Psychic information is often imparted to us in dreams, when our defenses are down.
Psychic dreams normally occur soon after someone crosses over, but they can occur before as a premonition. Psychic powers may be either conscious or unknown. Psychic warnings announce an event which is inevitable. Psychic dreams occur when we receive psychic information in dreams, or information that would not have been known to us in the usual way. Psychic dreams can be telepathic (communicating mind to mind) or precognitive (perceiving future events). Since the dream state is a highly relaxed condition, it would be logical to expect dreams to be a productive place for psychic experiences. Sleep is an altered state that we all easily experience, so why not look for psychic experiences during dreaming. In fact, many people do report dreams that they later discover to have been psychic.
Louisa Rhine evaluated over 10,000 cases of spontaneous parapsychological(psi) or psychic events, and found that over half of them occurred during dreams. Most of these psychic dreams were about future events (precognition)that came true. Critics usually claim people are not capable of judging if a dream, or any other psychic experience, is actually psychic or due to coincidence and wishful thinking. Most people who recall dreams which prove to be psychic, are struck by the dream’s vividness, or have strong intuitive feelings at wake-up, that makes them alert to the dream’s psychic nature. Many times, their psychic dreams were in direct response to a critical issue or concern, such as the well-being of a distant loved one.
We are all psychic, but that doesn't mean we all come into our psychic ability at the same time or that we all accept that ability. The most important thing to cultivating the psychic in you is first to recognize its presence. Sit down in a quiet spot and think back over your life and try to remember experiences that were psychic in nature. Was there a time when you believed that you had a psychic dream. Recalling such things will not be easy and, indeed, you might find yourself looking for a psychic needle in a haystack. And on the other hand psychic is all about receiving information without the use of regular thought processes.
Many psychic dreams are just little tid bits such as the ones that you are having (or the ones that you remember(, get into the habit of keeping a journal by your bed and write them down as soon as you wake up), you will be surprized at how much info you will get. With a desire to explore psychic dreaming, and with basic approaches to evaluating the results, there is no reason why anyone, regardless of age or background, can’t be psychic in their dream state. We're all born psychic, and our psychic abilities can show up at any time in our lives.

I had a dream last night 1/22/09.A red semi with a white box trailer was about to pull out in reverse. There was a woman squatting down with her back on the tire and she was drunk.I told the man to stop. She then straddled the tire.I said "STOP!"He would'nt listen. He went back slowly and she was crushed in between the wheel and wheel well.He ran her over.He then left as two guards came around the corner.I told them that he had just killed a woman. It bothered me so much, that I got out of bed and walked around the house for a while.Everything in the dream was vivid and very colorful.I have had dreams come true before,so I wanted to post this dream somewhere.I hope it does not come true.Anyways,it is still fresh on my mind.It was horrifying.

I was dreaming that I was in a classroom in my old hometown, and I was reading a name on a piece of paper that said "Rob(ert) Burdolly or Dollie or Dolly. I cant remember how the last name was spelled. But it is really confusing to me. Who is this person and why am I always get names in my dreams?
